Welcome to Our 4th Branch!
We educate Americans on how to maintain their freedoms.

Why we care about We the People at large.
The united States of America was founded to offer enumerated and inalienable rights, including the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The Bill of Rights lists the rights of the people of this nation, and the Constitution of the United States details how our governmental structures at the state and federal levels must be maintained. Public education in this nation has failed to educate the people on their rights and civil duties. It is our mission to educate we the people at large of the united States of America on how to collectively revendicate the original state republics, the Independent Grand and Petit Juries, and the Common Law of The Land and Soil. We also encourage local communities to form close connections, and to hold meetings and events to continue celebrating our shared culture.

Our 4th Branch is a subsidiary of Elk of the Wood, a faith-based, non-profit, charitable organization.
We raise funds for our charitable organization through direct cash donations, and from donations for reference books.
Our reference books are always free with free shipping, when you make a donation amount that covers the cost of printing, shipping and handling of each book listed on our site. Your generous gifts will help further the education of the American public, as we work with local partners to create long-term change.
We also welcome any and all direct cash donations to our cause.
Please check back in the coming months for our new donation options. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
Our first and best-selling book “They Be Pirates Matey” will be available again soon!

This book is currently back in production and will be available again for a limited time, for a minimum donation of $60 USD. This is a reference book with 47 exhibits from the Library of Congress reference texts, which exposes how the Rule of Law of the Land and Soil was hidden from the public, by a majority group of bureaucrats within the governmental system. The text includes 138 pages of historical reference material.
All books ship via USPS Media Mail, a service limited to domestic addresses within the United States (residential, commercial, PO Box, and military APO/FPO/DPO). Unfortunately, we can’t ship books internationally.

THE ONLY TIME TO ACT IS NOW
Please join our national conference calls.
On the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, we meet with representatives from the republic state assemblies and the federation of state assemblies, on a national conference call. In the coming months, we will post a link you can use to join the meetings.
