Executive Order 13132, in the Federal Register, Vol. 64, No. 153, Tuesday, August 10, 1999, Section 2(d), states:
“The people of the States are free, subject only to restrictions in the Constitution itself or in constitutionally authorized Acts of Congress, to define the moral, political, and legal character of their lives.”
As a FREE National of the united States of America, you have the right to go on the public record and submit a statement of public standing that defines “the moral, political, and legal character” of YOUR life.
This is a package of 4 multi-page documents with an instruction manual, which you can use to create and establish your full faith and credit on the public record. Includes 19 pages of documents and instructions.
Documents can never be altered or otherwise adulterated.
Disclaimer: Recipients must be qualified and educated in the Law of the Land to properly complete and file these documents. This requires membership in Our 4th Branch, a Private Membership Association (PMA), and completion of our education program. The education program is in production and will become available sometime in 2023.
